Costumes in Lodi Rental Agreement

• I understand that Costumes in Lodi is providing a costume to me on a RENTAL basis. I will be charged by the day (excluding the days the store is closed for business). My rental order form will clearly state when the costume will be picked up and returned.
  

• I agree to return the costume at the agreed upon date or I will be subject to additional daily rental fees up to but not exceeding replacement value of the costume determined by Costumes in Lodi. I authorize the use of my credit card for payment of such fees.,
  

• Returned costumes will be in a condition consistent with the way I received them: and upon return my deposit slip will be returned to me. I agree to pay all costs of costume replacement and/or repair at the retail value as noted on replacement value paperwork.
  

• In the event I need to cancel my order, I understand the charge is the full value of the order. Orders not claimed on the date scheduled are considered cancelled. There will be no refunds or exchanges once I have reserved my costume. However, a refund will be provided if costumes in Lodi cannot produce reserved costume upon pick-up date.
